Archiving Outbox items

How can I Archive outbox timesheets? It appears as though I can only archive inbox items. Why is that?

If I submit a timesheet it goes right to outbox and I can't archive it.

Any help is appreciated!

We designed it in this way. The timesheet in your outbox is waiting for an action from someone else.

So when the action is done by the approver, it comes back to your inbox.

Archived timesheets are not normally seen by user, we wanted to make sure that timesheets that are still in the workflow cannot be archived.
