Search Contacts

The Contact Manager software lets you find contacts quickly and easily. The powerful Search feature allows you to filter and locate contacts using various fields, including first name, email, city, country, tags, and currency type.

This flexibility helps you find the information you need from your database with speed and precision.

Filter Contacts

Filters allow you to perform more complex searches by creating a custom view of your contacts. Instead of manually searching, you can set specific criteria to find a particular group of contacts.

For instance, you could create a filter to show only contacts who:

  • Live in Atlanta, Georgia
  • Have the tag “timesheet”
  • Were created within the last year

This enables you to quickly focus on the exact information you need.

Creating new filter

Saved filters let you reuse complex search criteria, saving you time and effort. You can create, edit, and delete filters as needed.

OfficeClip’s robust filtering options allow you to refine your search using a wide range of criteria, including: Created and modified dates, User and owner, Company name, Country, etc.
