If you receive the error "Error 26105. Failed to create web application" while upgrading OfficeClip, please follow the steps below:

1. Bring up a DOS command prompt and go to the folder where you have unzipped the files.
2. Run msiexec /i officeclip.msi /l*v msi.log SKIPCONFIGUREIIS=1

This happens in 8.1.4 version OfficeClip. This will be fixed in a later version.
