Excluding empty fields

I want to exclude all records from a filter where a particular field is blank. ie/eg Email field is blank, so filter condition Email Equals Zero.
However, when I enter this condition it only seems to work on the the numerical value i.e. 0 and I still get all the records with the blank field included.
How do I exclude such records?

Right now the only way to do this is to sort by that field and the empty column will show up on the top.
We will get this fixed very soon (possibly the next version)

Thanks for your proposal to filter fields that are empty.
From this release 8.2.1, filtering on empty fields is included.
Please try Is Empty or Is Not Empty on fields of type Text.
