This error happens in some cases, mainly when manual installation is done on x64 machine. Please do the following:

1. Download https://download.officeclip.com/chilkat.zip
2. Copy the 64-bit version of the dll to your officeclip/bin folder (Default Location: c:\program files\officeclip\9\officeclip\bin), there should be another one there, so you are essentially overwriting it.
3. Reset OfficeClip IIS application (you can also do this by running the iisreset command from the command prompt)
4. If this does not solve your problem, repeat step 2 and 3 with the 32-bit version of the chilkat dll

If it still does not work, please contact OfficeClip and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
