Gmail POP
Quote from Deepa Kapoor on November 27, 2025, 1:02 amI have 4 email accounts configured in OC.
3 are user@mydomain.com, 1 is user@gmail.com
All are set up identically for POP both on OC and in Gmail.
The gmail.com account will send but not receive. Testing the account in OC Email Account Setup records success, a test message appears in Gmail, but I now have a load of unread msgs in the inbox that OC isn't pulling down.
All other three accounts work beeeeauuuutifullyyyyyyyy!!
Any ideas?
Thx and best,
PDub

Quote from Deepa Kapoor on November 27, 2025, 1:07 amI currently have 8.1.5 and it works fine. We have two options
- Upgrade your version to 8.1.5
- Email me your login and password (skd@officeclip.com) and the url (if it can be publicly accessed) and I can take a look.

I have upgraded and it's still not working. My install is local so not accessible externally.
How do we proceed?
