If you have installed OfficeClip using the setup.exe or setupNoSql.exe

1. Download the patch file from the location specified in your email
2. Run OcTools.exe from your OfficeClip installation folder
3. Select Option 10 - Install Patch
4. Select the zip file you downloaded and click on Apply

If you install OfficeClip by copying manual.zip to your application folder

1. Download the patch file from the location specified in your email and unzip it
2. Make backup of existing files and overwrite files from your unzipped archive to OfficeClip
3. If there is any sql file, you must run those in the OfficeClip database
