Problem with opening "details" under expense

Please see email from employee below regarding problem opening up details section:

... I'm having trouble again - I'm trying to enter the mileage for the July 1-15th form on the 15th and it won't open up the "details" section. It's just making a line down the page on that date's row and even if I log out and try again, it's happening each time.

Several people have had this problem after installing 8.1.4 but only people who have been added or modified after the ugrade so far...However, when I log in from my computer with their email and password, I don't have the problem.

Please Help!

Update:

So far the only people who are having this problem are employees that have been added or changed somehow in the last two weeks.

One employee said that she would have to save and go out and come back in after entering in each detail section and it would let her continue for a little while, then she like the others would have her system freeze up and a line would come down accross the column she was working in.

I have been able to go in for these employees signed under their names and password and complete their expenses for them without any problems.

At a loss for what to do...

If you can enter with their login and password then the best idea is to try clearing the cache, close all the browser and then reopen the browser and try again.
