Please do the following:

1. On the server navigate to C:\program files\officeclip\9 (this is assuming that OfficeClip is installed in the default folder)
2. Then double click on octools.exe
3. Select Option 1
4. Note down the email address and then click Reset Password.
5. It should give you a message box with the password, note down the password
6. Now login to OfficeClip with the login id and password as in step 4 and 5

Note that the above will only work for Installed version of OfficeClip. To change the site administrator for the hosted edition (this will also work for the installed edition):

1. 1. Login as Site Administrator
   2. Go to Setup > Manage Site Applications and Privileges > Manage Site Managers
   3. Add or remove the site managers

If you are using the hosted version and have forgotten the site administrator password (or the site administrator has left the company), then due to security reasons we need a letter (in your letterhead) requesting us to make this change. It can either be scanned and emailed to Support (ocsupport@officeclip.com) or faxed at +1 770-573-3609
