OfficeClip database diagrams are stored in the sql server. Follow these steps to see the database diagram:

1. Open up sql management studio and open a query window for the OfficeClip database.
2. In your OfficeClip installation go to OfficeClip/9/OfficeClip/Sql/Admin folder and open the file diagram.sql in the query window
3. Run the query and refresh the database in the left window by clicking F5
4. Click on the database diagram on your right.
