SMTP setup during or after install

During setup I got "Could not initialize SMTP: Could not load file or assembly 'Office.Clip.Utils Version 8.2.3.0 ... system could not find the file specified.".... so in order to get past the Error 407: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.." when clicking next i set it to no smtp.
Install proceeded. Now when I log in where can i try to activate or alter SMTP settings? Can't be done from the web UI?
